CTC-80S Laser Scribing Machine is specialized in non-destructive cutting of crystalline silicon cells, integrating PLC, sensors, servo, laser machine, CCD vision, and other advanced automation technologies. It achieves fully automated processing from paper feeding, grooving, non-destructive splitting, separation, detection, to unloading. Designed capacity: 156-230mm solar cells, dual-cell cutting ≥7200pcs/h.
It adopts non-destructive cutting technology, minimizing surface damage to solar cells and generating minimal dust during processing, eliminating fire safety concerns. Non-destructive processing eliminates the need for mechanical chipping, resulting in no micro-cracks after cutting and excellent mechanical performance.
