Conventional BC Laser Slicing Machine
The CTC-20BC Laser Slicing Machine is an automated production equipment designed for cutting BC solar cells (also capable of slicing conventional crystalline silicon cells).
The machine integrates advanced automation technologies including motion control cards, sensors, servo systems, and laser units to achieve fully automated processing from cell loading, isolation paper removal, slicing, unloading, to isolation paper placement.
Design Capacity: For 156-210mm cells, ≥1500 pcs/h for splitting into two halves.
Utilizing micro-damage cutting technology, it minimizes surface damage to cells and generates minimal dust during processing.
The equipment features a compact footprint and high processing efficiency.
