High-Efficiency Solar Module IV Tester CT-1000

The CT-1000 Series Solar Module Tester features a direct-light structure that simulates real sunlight irradiation conditions. It supports side-illumination or top-illumination installation modes based on site environments, covering the full spectrum from 300-1200nm with adjustable pulse widths ranging from 10ms to 200ms. The equipment meets industry-leading spectral standards: 1. Performance: All three core performance metrics—uniformity, spectral matching, and light intensity stability—exceed industry standards. 2. Full Spectrum: The spectral range spans 300-1200nm. A+A+A+ Performance: Core metrics—irradiance uniformity, spectral matching, and intensity stability—exceed industry benchmarks. 2 Full Spectrum: The 300-1200nm spectral range enables comprehensive testing of high-efficiency crystalline silicon cells, significantly enhancing measurement accuracy. Four-wire connections and a high-speed data acquisition system ensure precise current measurement. Infrared non-contact temperature measurement accurately detects module temperature, guaranteeing precise temperature correction.

Testing Scope: Suitable for crystalline silicon solar modules (including PERC, N-type, IBC, HIT, etc.)

Supports testing and recording/exporting electrical parameters for modules such as MBB, half-cell, stacked-cell, and thin-film solar modules.
