It is a solar panel making machine, typically used in the final testing stage of solar panel manufacturing line.
The CT-500 model equipment meets the industry’s top spectral standards:
1. A+A+A+ performance; the three core performance indicators of unevenness, spectral matching, and light intensity stability all exceed industry standards.
2. Full spectrum; the spectral range meets the range of 300-1200nm, realizing the full spectrum test of high-efficiency crystalline silicon cells, and the test accuracy is greatly improved.
The solar cell module adopts four-wire connection and high-speed data acquisition system to ensure the accuracy of solar cell current measurement. Infrared non-contact temperature measurement can accurately measure the temperature of components and ensure the accuracy of temperature correction.
Test object: It is suitable for testing and recording and exporting the electrical performance parameters of crystalline silicon solar cell components (PERC, N-type, IBC, and HIT, etc.) and thin-film solar cell components.
