The PV module lay-up & bussing all-in-one machine integrates cell stringing layup and busbar welding into one automated system. It combines advanced automation technologies such as robotic arms, image recognition, linear modules, soldering heads, and visual alignment, achieving automatic string welding, string layup, and automatic connection of cell strings. The equipment can perform continuous operations such as string forming, layup, welding, and alignment, reducing manual labor and improving production efficiency and product consistency.

1.High Welding Efficiency
Capable of simultaneously performing welding operations across multiple strings. Production capacity reaches 14,000 cells/hour (12 strings/module), greatly improving production efficiency.
2.High Welding Precision
Using CCD recognition, precise positioning, and closed-loop control, welding accuracy is ±0.20 mm. String alignment accuracy is ±0.20 mm, ensuring consistent module performance.
3.High Degree of Automation
Equipped with robotic arms, image recognition, and multiple feeding systems. The entire process—including stringing, layup, welding, and alignment—is automated, minimizing manual intervention, reducing labor costs, and improving stability and efficiency.
